Where will I work?
Our graduates work across our Western Sydney clinics in Parramatta, Bankstown and Kingswood (Penrith), alongside a multidisciplinary team of occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists and dietitians. Working side by side means everyone in our allied health graduate program learns from other disciplines every day.
How much supervision will I get?
You receive weekly clinical supervision from an experienced clinician in your discipline, plus regular contact with your team leader, graduate peers and the wider clinical team.
How quickly will I build a caseload?
The program is structured so you build up to a full caseload over your first four months, with clear end-of-month milestones. Pathways can be adjusted to suit individual circumstances.
Is professional development included?
Yes. Every graduate receives an annual CPD allowance to put towards courses, conferences and training that support their clinical goals.
What registration do I need?
You will need current registration with AHPRA, or eligibility for membership of your professional association, such as Speech Pathology Australia or Dietitians Australia, before you start.
