Our Locations
Parramatta Clinic
Steps2Life’s Parramatta clinic supports children, adults and families with allied health therapy and disability services in a friendly, person-centred environment.
Why choose our Parramatta Clinic?
At the Parramatta Clinic, our multidisciplinary team provides practical, person-centred therapy and disability support for children, adults and families. We take time to understand each person’s strengths, daily routines, communication needs and goals before recommending a service. Where appropriate, clinicians collaborate with families, carers, schools, support coordinators and other professionals so care remains coordinated and useful in everyday life.
Our clinicians can support goals related to communication, daily activities, mobility, behaviour, emotional wellbeing, nutrition and community participation. After an enquiry or referral, the team reviews the available information and explains which discipline or program may be appropriate. Assessment findings and therapy recommendations are discussed in plain language, and support can be adjusted as goals, routines or circumstances change. If a service is not suitable or is currently unavailable, staff can explain the next practical step.
Appointments, referrals and service options
Appointments may be available in the clinic, at home, at school, in the community or by telehealth, depending on the discipline, clinician capacity, funding and travel area. New clients can contact our team or submit a referral to discuss availability, required documents and the most suitable appointment format. Our team can explain the process without promising eligibility or a particular rebate before individual circumstances are reviewed.
Before the first appointment, it is helpful to share relevant plans, reports, funding details and contact information for other professionals involved in care. This helps the clinician prepare and reduces unnecessary repetition. Participants, families and referrers can ask about access needs, appointment availability and the documents required. Fees, eligibility, rebates and travel arrangements are confirmed individually because they vary by service and funding pathway.
Steps2Life aims to make each step clear and respectful. You can ask questions, request communication adjustments and discuss any practical barriers that may affect attendance. Our team will outline the next action, expected timeframes and who to contact if circumstances change before an appointment.
