To access Medicare-supported allied health services, you’ll need a referral or care plan from your GP. If you’re unsure where to start, our friendly team can point you in the right direction.

How It Works

You may be eligible for allied health services under:

GP Management Plans (Chronic Disease Management / EPC Plans)

For chronic or complex conditions requiring multidisciplinary care

Mental Health Care Plans (MHCPs)

For emotional or psychological support with a registered psychologist or counsellor

Collaboration

Our team works closely with GPs, specialists, and other healthcare providers to ensure every client receives integrated, coordinated care.
