Refund and Return Policy

At Steps2Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at admin@steps2life.com.au. Once approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your return. Returns must be sent to:

Note: Only items returned following prior approval will be accepted. Items sent without first requesting a return may not be eligible for processing.

Return Shipping Costs

  • We will provide a return shipping label only for items that are faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon receipt.
  • For all other returns, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at admin@steps2life.com.au if the item is faulty, damaged, or if the wrong item was received. This helps us promptly assess and resolve any issues.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please reach out.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive an alternative item is to return your original purchase. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
