At Steps2Life, our NDIS Adults Disability Day Program, based
at our Regents Park Centre, is designed to equip participants with essential life skills in a fun and supportive environment. From cooking to enjoying movies,
this program mirrors a typical work or school day, running from 9am to 3pm.
We also offer convenient pick-up and drop-off services through NDIS funded transport, by our highly qualified support workers.

Days: Monday to Friday
Dates: During the School Term
Times: 9am-3pm (please arrive 10 mins before the start time)
Age Groups: 18+ years old

Cooking - Develop confidence in the kitchen by learning how to prepare meals and understanding nutrition.

Laundry - Acquire practical laundry skills like washing, drying, and folding clothes.

Movies and Theatre - Experience the magic of movies and theatre through exciting screenings and performances.
External Excursions - Take part in exciting excursions that offer new experiences and opportunities to explore the community.
