At Steps2Life, our NDIS Day Program, based at our Regents Park Centre, is designed to equip participants with essential life skills in a fun and supportive environment. From cooking to enjoying movies,
this program mirrors a typical work or school day, running from 9am to 3:30pm.

Days: Monday to Friday 

Dates: ongoing (Starting 2nd of December, 2024)

Times: 9am-3:30pm (please arrive 10 mins before the start time) 

Age Groups: 17+ years old

*For every 5 sessions, enjoy the 6th on us!

9:15 AM – 9:55 AM: Skills-based activities (e.g., typing holiday cards, budgeting for gifts).

10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Morning tea and social time.

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Outdoor activities (gardening, theatre rehearsals).

12:30 PM – 1:15 PM: Lunch with support workers.

1:20 PM – 2:50 PM: Personal skills practice (cleaning, organising, reflective journaling).

3:00 PM – 3:30 PM: Dismissal and home preparation.
